  1. So happy that I can say that I’ve gotten stronger in the past 3 months…yaay!! LOVE Crossfit Live!!!

    Back Squat – 135# PR (was 115#)
    Strict Press – 55# PR (45#)
    Deadlift – 215# (175#)

    Strict Press 55#
    Deadlift 195#
    Yay!! I was able to put weights!… It’s a start 🙂

    new PR’s.. can’t wait to see more improvements in the next 3mths
