WOD: CFT’s – CrossFit Totals (Compare to 12/3/2012)

Find your 1RM with the below movements. Reps are 5-3-2-1-1-1x

The order for performing the three lifts will be back squat, press, and then deadlift. The best single attempt for each of the three lifts are added together for the CrossFit Total. Each lift must all be performed during one session.
