  • CrossFit Games has officially started!! – Register for the Open now!!
    It’s that time again to see where you stand with your box competitors and the rest of the world. Whether if you are a veteran or a beginner, the Open WODs will be programmed for all levels.

    When signing up, be sure to select the following.

Open WOD 17.1: For time (Time cap: 20 minutes)

10 DB snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
20 DB snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
30 DB snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
40 DB snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
50 DB snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs

Rx’d:
(Ages 16-54)
Men use 50-lb. / 24-in. box
Women use 35-lb. / 20-in. box

Teenagers 14-15:
Boys use 35-lb. / 24-in. box
Girls use 20-lb. / 20-in. box

Masters 55+:
Men use 35-lb. / 24-in. box, step-ups OK
Women use 20-lb. / 20-in. box, step-ups OK

Scaled:
(Ages 16-54)
Men use 35-lb. / 20-in. box, step-ups OK
Women use 20-lb. / 20-in. box, step-ups OK

Scaled Teenagers 14-15:
