Beach Bike Run May 12 at 9am
Let’s all get together for a bike run to the beach from Cerritos!! We’ll start at Liberty Park at 9am and take the riverbed down to the Marina. Its approximately 7 miles each way.

Strength:
Snatch – 75% x 2 x 2, 80% x 2 x 2
Snatch Pull – 85% x 4 x 3
