If you decide you would like to become a member of our CrossFit LIVE family, you will be scheduled to come in and may need to complete our Foundation or On-Ramp Class. This session will explain the basic movements of CrossFit, which will ensure the safety of our members when performing the WODs. Mechanics and technique before intensity!
SINGLE WALK-IN WORKOUT
10-Day ON-RAMP CLASS (2-days/week) Includes Foundation Class, Introduction to Gymnastics & Metabolic Conditioning:
The emphasis of the On-Ramp Class is on skill development and exposure to basic movements. It is designed to prepare you to enter our ongoing group classes. There will be a workout at the end of each day which will get more challenging as the course progresses.
