He’s a neuroscientist who LOVES sleep and the introduction says “I hope you fall asleep reading this book”. It made me excited for sleep, when most of my life I’d be kept up my too many commitments and FOMO.

Additional perks include better energy/workouts/digestion because BETTER SLEEP. HalleluYAH!
