Pull-ups have been a thorn in my side forever. I”m on day 6, but I’ve also committed to Murph Monday (modified). I’m doing a shortened version with jumping pull-ups for now. How should I work this program in? I’m afraid I’m skipping too many days. For example, if Sunday is day 4, I skip since Monday is Murph. Should I keep this schedule and no matter where it falls with then Murph?
