"This has made me into the athlete I am today."

I feel honored to call myself an Invictus Athlete, C.J. Martin and the rest of his crew have given me the knowledge and tools to grow and develop both as an athlete and as a person. The programming and mindset is unique and it has made me into the athlete I am today. The supportive community of The Sea of Green is amazing, and I am proud to be a part of it!

- Kristin Holte, 2nd Fittest in the World (2019)

I discovered the Invictus Athlete program back in 2013 and have been following it ever since! I've followed it as an athlete for many years and now as a mother of two. There are many reasons why I'm loyal to Invictus but the biggest reason is that I can balance it with family, work and still get better!

- Synne Ripe, Longtime Invictus Athlete

"I’ve been on the Invictus program for 4+ years now and can truly say that it’s the highest quality program around. The coaches invest so much into learning, what makes a good program and what leads to lasting results for their athletes. Plus, having the support system that Invictus provides means everything! I feel like I am challenging myself daily and seeing the results I want!"

- Kelsey Schulte - CrossFit Games Team Competitor + 3X Semi-Final Competitor

"The Invictus athlete program has helped me become a more well-rounded athlete in the sport of CrossFit. It has given me a platform to accelerate my growth as an athlete and as a coach. The online community fosters an environment for discussion and perspective on your workout. The athlete program has also given me perspective on intended stimulus, time domains, and how to strategize workouts."

- Desmond Lee, Longtime Invictus Athlete
