12 Days of Christmas: Invictus Athlete Style
Written by Kelly Sekulovski and Luke Layton
Tis’ the season for 12 Days of Christmas workouts: the sneaky workouts that we look forward to and dread at the same time! We thought, who better to help us come up with a 12 Days of Christmas workout than some of the Invictus CrossFit Games athletes?
Each athlete added a movement to the list and we came up with this 12 Days of Christmas workout for all of you to try at home! Seems like it will be easy enough, right? *nervous laugh*
Warning: this workout is programmed by some seriously fit people, so we’ve included a few scaling options listed below. You’ll notice there isn’t a weight listed for the movements: pick a weight you think you can complete all the movements with safely.
Bonus: if you post a video of you doing the workout and tag us on social media before January 1st, you will be entered to win an Invictus Poem Series Gift Box which includes 3 Invictus limited edition t-shirts and a printed copy of the infamous Invictus Poem.
